What to expect
A focus on wellness, vitality and longevity. Each patient's initial consultation will take up to an hour to ensure a thorough understanding across past medical history, as well as clarity around what you're ultimately seeking to achieve moving forward.
A full osteopathic check is completed to assess posture and movement, including a variety of techniques specifically personalised to your needs, always ensuring a holistic approach focused on long term benefits and the highest standard of care.
Exercises and stretches may be recommended as needed, as well as lifestyle suggestions to help address factors that may be contributing to a known problem, or simply to help prevent issues occurring in the future. Either way, we will provide a tailored treatment and management plan to best meet your needs.
